Based in Miami and working with clients worldwide, I guide moms through pregnancy and postpartum, and help adults over 40 move better, feel stronger, stay active, and live pain-free.
My approach is personal, science-backed, and shaped by real-life experience. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all fitness, because every body and lifestyle is different.
